A. Laws and regulations (PDF) regarding Animal Control matters can be located in the 2003 Baltimore County Code, which also contains the Baltimore County Charter. The County Code has been supplemented through Bill 123-10 (Supplement 22). To stay as up-to-date as possible, be sure to review more recently enacted legislation that has not yet been supplemented into the County Code.
