Answer Hi Gary, I don’t believe ASP comes out of the box with SHA1. I think you are going to need a 3rd Party component for it. Check this one out. (I have never used it, it is just the first one I found) http://www.miraplacid.com/shareware/msc.shtml#crypt1 There also may be a component from Microsoft, but I can’t remember the name of it. I have used this one, but I don’t remember if it is SHA1 or not.
