Where can I find the gluten free orange cake in DFW area?
Starbucks has gluten-free Valencia orange cake. The author of “Gluten Free DFW” (blog I just linked) writes reviews about gluten-free products for the Star-Telegram, and also writes about gluten-free food for her blog. I’d definitely read other entries, because it looks like she covers a variety of foods. For example, she writes about Sublime Bakery in Ft. Worth. She says that they have some gluten-free baked goods, but will also make special cakes or other goods by request. Check out their Web site at Sublimebakery.com for more information.
