Where can I find the dividend covers for various UK shares?

Richard Hunter at Hargreaves Lansdown Stockbrokers says : You can work out the dividend cover of shares for yourself. Divide the earnings per share (EPS) figure by the dividend per share (DPS) to give the dividend cover. For instance, if the EPS is 10p and the DPS 5p, the dividend cover is 2. This only works where companies would be profitable, of course. If you don’t fancy doing the sums, look in the Financial Times on Mondays which lists dividend cover figures. They don’t change dramatically so once a week is probably often enough to look.
