Solution The total power consumed by the Stratix II device and the on board termination networks is comprised of the standby power, dynamic power, and I/O power. The Stratix II Handbook Volume 1, Chapter 5 DC & Switching Characteristics contains the device electrical specifications. In addition, Application Note AN 355: Stratix II Device System Power Considerations has a section called Power Components which discusses this topic in detail.
