The version number should have this form: Sync X_X_XXX (where X are numbers). For example: Sync _v6_3_130. Here the complete version number is: 6.3.130. If you are not able to open your profile, you can also read the complete version number in the Sync executable file name. You will be able to find the complete version number of Sync in the Help / About section of Sync.
