The entire manual or individual details may be downloaded from the county’s FTP site which can be accessed directly at ftp://ftp.clark.wa.gov/pub/ or www.clark.wa.gov/public-works/engineering/design.html, click on “Technical Data on all Current Projects”. The manual is also available on CD at the Public Services Center, Fourth Floor, reception counter. The files on the FTP site and on the CD are provided in both AutoCAD release 2004 and PDF formats.
