The CBEDS-OPUS application [http://www3.cde.ca.gov/opuscbeds/login.aspx] is available from the CBEDS-OPUS Instructional Materials [http://www.cde.ca.gov/ds/sd/cb/materials.asp] Web page. We anticipate that the CBEDS-OPUS application will be available for reporting CBEDS data by October 7, 2009. CBEDS Coordinators will use a Web browser to navigate to the OPUS application where they will use a unique login and password to report SIF/CDIF data. Similar to the SIF/CDIF DEA, the OPUS Web application contains formatted data entry screens, the ability to import and export data, built-in edit checks, and the ability to print school and district forms and reports.
