I have always loved Panama City Beach Florida. The sand is the nicest on earth. Wish I could move there, maybe in the future. But you will not be dissappointed.

Cuba has some nice beaches, though I would not support the tourism in a country that is corrupted. If you can afford it, Tahiti is great.
