You should contact architects and builders of energy efficient buildings. Your building is a specialty item which will not be found on any web site. A lot depends on where in the country you are located. Super insulated may not be the answer, because of cost. Do a Yahoo! search with the term “super insulated homes.” You will find a whole assortment of web sites. Concrete floor slabs can be insulated from below. It is not clear to me if you want concrete above or below the floor slab. If the ground in your area freezes in winter, you have to put footings below the 100 year frost line. It is also a building code item.
