You could try Express. It can be a bit pricey but then tend to dramatically mark things down to get rid of them throughout the year. After Christmas would be a good time to go. I’m not sure if their clothes will be tall enough for you but its worth a shot. They cut their clothes slim so you’re not drowning in fabric. I’m not sure where to buy punkish goth clothes in your size. Sorry!
