Where can I find recipes or tested recipes on using soy in cooking?
I would recommend the following sources for starters: 1. Check out the Illinois Center for Soyfoods website at http://www.soyfoodsillinois.uiuc.edu. Researchers, dietitians, and cooks have developed a series of easy-to-use cookbooks on soyfoods that can be purchased online. Youll find cookbooks on (a) Baking with Soy; (b) Tofu, and (c) Textured Soy Protein in addition to pamphlets on other topics. 2. Download the U.S. Soyfoods Directory at http://www.soyfoods.com. This directory is updated yearly and is loaded with great recipes for everything from Pineapple Smoothies to Apple Cinnamon Bread to Ham and Soybean Soup. Its a great resource.
