Where can I find really authentic renaissance clothing?
For truly authentic renaissance clothing, you really aren’t going to easily find a ready-made source. Mostly you’ll find Renaissance Fair costumes in cottons, but if you want something really authentic, I would suggest looking towards making your own. On The Tudor Shoppe website, there are some articles describing authentic renaissance clothing and some patterns which will assist you in creating some really authentic pieces. Their doublets and shirts are mostly authentic in cut, but are almost all cotton (for durability and comfort, which is understandable), but cotton wasn’t readily available.
