Question: Where can I find public parking in the City of Napa’s Downtown area? Answer: Public parking is available on City streets, in public surface lots and in parking garages. There are no parking meters on the streets, and there is no charge for parking in City lots or garages, but many of the spaces are restricted to 2-hour or 3-hour use from 8am to 6pm on weekdays. The attached color -coded map shows the location of on street, surface lot and garage parking available, with classifications and the number of spaces indicated.
