Please, it all depends what business you want to do. You would need a work visa first. My uncle use to work for LAX and he lives int he Phillipines, because he gets dual-citizenship. So what could happen is that you are required to work there for at least 6 months and than you can go back to your home for a couple of months. All depends. There really isn’t a law specifically aimed at Canadian employees. Also what the person said above, people are migrating to the U.S. but keep in mind that the economy is unstable adn the value of the dollar has gone down, and competition is heavily increasing. So make sure that if you want to work somewhere, know the employment rates, environment conditions and e.t.c.
