Where can I find patterns for Irish lace needlepoint pillows?

I wish I knew. Years ago a local needlepoint designer would set up the pillow for me by doing a stich or two in each row out from center. I must have made 5 or 6 pillows that way. Each was different and beautiful. Unfortunately she passed away and I gave away every pillow I made so I don’t even have one to use as a model. I now want to make another one as a wedding gift for a friend and can’t find a pattern anywhere. If I don’t find one soon, I think I will try setting it up and counting it out myself.
