• I have been involved in an accident at work. What should I do? Contractors must ensure that all workplace accidents and illnesses that may result in lost time or a change in duties are reported immediately to their Paxus account manager who will record the details in our system. This Accident / Incident Form can be used to record details and can be faxed to your local Paxus office. Everyone has a duty of care to maintain the health and safety of those with whom they work.
