Look ON the capsule itself, even if it is purchased in America it will have a sticker on it saying it complies with Australian safety standards. The reason for this is that to comply with Australian safety standards the capsule MUST have that sticker- if it does NOT have an Australian safety standards sticker on it it is illegal to use that capsule in ANY vehicle in Australia.
