Where can I find out how many calories and vitamins and stuff are in a food that doesn come with a nutrion label?
Try this site: http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ It’s by the government, it has the nutrional value for 128 nutrients for almost anything you want to look up. If you type in, say, an apple, it will give you a huge list of different ways apples are eaten and prepared, like applesauce and apple juice and chopped apples. Then you select one of those, and how much of it you want a report for. Then it tells you how much “stuff” is in the thing you want to find out about – energy (calories), fat, fiber, carbohydrates, sugar, vitamins – just about everything you’d every want to know.
