The best and cheapest place are at record shows/fairs. They cost from $12 each to $50 for a double set CD. If there isn’t any record shows/fairs in your area try Tunnel Records online. They sell heaps of bootleg CDs at reasonable prices. Although, they are illegal but fun to collect!
