Where can i find my serial number for my laptop?
Have never herd of any software that you had to give the serial number of the computer or lap top in order to use. They may be asking for the software key code or serial number and this is on the box or envelope the disc comes in. I would return it and get Norton Internet Security 2009, I have used Norton for yrs. with no problems and good support. The new version is much faster and all scans, updates are done in back ground automatically.
