There are several study abroad option for Steinhardt students, including programs outside of Steinhardt, as follows: § NYU Sponsored Programs: These programs can be found on the NYU Global Programs website (http://www.nyu.edu/studyabroad/) which are then broken down by each school. When choosing a program, regardless of the school, you should seek approval from your advisor. § Intercession Programs through Steinhardt: These courses are offered by Steinhardt during the January session between the fall and spring semesters or during spring break. A listing of these courses, updated each year, can be found on the Steinhardt Global Programs website (http://steinhardt.nyu.edu/study_abroad/programs/). These courses must be approved by your advisor befiorehand. § Affiliated Overseas Sites Off-Campus: These are programs that are offered by other universities and can be counted as transfer credits.
