Where can I find maps and driving directions to a hotel or property?

You can get driving directions to a reserved hotel or property by using the View Reservations feature. To find this information: • Look up the reservation using one of the following options: • Click on View Reservations and enter the Traveler’s last name along with the itinerary/booking number or credit card number used to book the reservation. Click “Go” to continue. or • If you’re logged into the site, click My Account and select “View All Reservations.” • Both paths take you to the reservation listing. Find the reservation you would like directions to and click the “View/Print Driving Directions” option from the reservation’s detail page.Please note: you may only access directions for a confirmed reservation.
