You can find resources in USA or CANADA or EUROPE in our listings. If no resources in your area are listed there, you can possibly find other spay/neuter resources, perhaps even some with lower prices, by phoning local/regional humane societies and rescue groups. Such groups usually stay informed of spay/neuter services in their region. If you have are a military person or fostering for a military person or you have rescued a cat or dog or you are the caretaker of feral cats, ask local vet clinics whether they offer some kind of military or good-Samaritan discount.
