You can’t. It’s copyrighted. However, parts of it can be found online. A certain person calling himself Redguard or something like that claims to be the actual author and LaVey stole his work, or so he claims. Anton LaVey, unlike Crowley was no plagiarist. As no copyright violation or counter claim was made by this Redguard, whoever he may be, I find the claim ludicrous.
