I love fiddling around with my telescope just in the back yard. Over the years, i have learned a few tricks. Here are some good books to get you started. Star Ware: The Amateur Astronomer’s Guide to Choosing, Buying, and Using Telescopes and Accessories by Philip S. Harrington Astronomy Hacks: Tips and Tools for Observing the Night Sky (Hacks) by Robert Thompson and Barbara Fritchman Thompson Telescope Power: Fantastic Activities & Easy Projects for Young Astronomers by Gregory L.
