For vendors, ask a bartender. Or contact the office of Tobacco and Firearms in your state, they can refer you to licensed distributors and give info on your own licensing. For equipment, look for a store that closed, then reopen it or move the equipment to a “better” location. Keep an eye out for business closing/liquidation type auctions. Your distributors can probably help with equipment/shelving too. For related suppliers, just ask someone outside your market where they get their stuff. Aside from local distributors, you can do a lot of your sourcing on the internet too.
