The Competition Bureau’s frequently asked questions page addresses these concerns. The Competition Bureau takes complaints for anything that falls under the scope of the Competition Act, the Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act, the Textile Labelling Act, and the Precious Metals Marking Act. A complaint against a company can be filed through the Competition Bureau’s Enquiry/Complaint Form.
