Where can I find information and help in dealing with Alzheimers Disease?
The Alzheimer’s Association, a national network of chapters, is the largest national voluntary health organization committed to finding a cure for Alzheimer’s and helping those affected by the disease. The Alzheimer’s association offers advocacy, community outreach, and research funding. The American Alzheimer’s Association website is located at: http://www.alz.org.
