Where can I find information and guidance on film classification?
The BBFC are responsible for applying classifications to films in the UK. Their website provides information on individual film classification decisions as well as an explanation of the different certificates given. It is worth knowing that educational screenings of films have different rules associated with them to screenings for entertainment purposes: speak to your exam board or Head of Department to check your school’s policy on these issues.
