Where can I find information about pro or minor league baseball tryouts?
Answer Howdy- for O.B., you can contact each club and find out when they hold tryouts at their minor league parks, as some teams still do this, especially at their lower classification farm teams. It is mostly done as a local promotion once a year. but you can never tell. For independent league teams, you would likewise have to contact the teams to find out dates for try-outs. The independent leagues offer more try-outs and a much better chance of being signed. I just found out some further information: go to MLB.com and click on “Tryout Camps”- that’ll give you other and more specific dates. Good Luck!
