The International Mathematical Union and the ICM organizing committee has set aside some funds for supporting mathematicians in developing countries for participation in ICM2010. More information is available at this link. Every applicant for support must preregister Separate funding will be available for mathematicians working in India. Please watch out for announcements in this link.
