This document also contains information related to the mobilized soldier’s military pay entitlements as well. More specific travel entitlement information may be found in the Joint Federal Travel Regulation (JFTR). NOTE: Your travel orders do not supercede travel regulations or published guidance from ODCSPER. For example, orders may authorized POV as more advantageous; however, the PPG issued by ODCSPER specifically prohibits payment of this entitlement unless the payment would be less than what it would have cost the government to procure transportation between the two authorized points.
