Where can I find general gdb documentation?
Using GDB is well beyond the scope of this document. There is documentation available on your system if you have GDB installed in the form of info pages. You might want to use the gnome help browser to read that documentation as many people find the info reader on Linux hard to use. Additionally, you can use a graphical front end to GDB like ddd or insight.
