Annex G paragraph 5g of HEIFES07 states that students on closed courses are not eligible for HEFCE recurrent funding for teaching. For a list of factors which we use in determining whether a course is open or closed, see question 8 of our ‘Employer Engagement and co-funding FAQs’.
