If you are low income and working, live in the USA and have a child whom is two years nine months through five years then your local partnership for children will give you a free or reduced care voucher. If you are on welfare then they will be able to help you with childcare, job training, and job search. Even if you are on food stamps this help is available. If you have a child whom is age three to five then HeadStart would help. It is free preschool for low income children.
