Where can I find Exceptional Socketed Items?
If you’re having problems finding Exceptional Socketed Items, try looking for them in Nightmare difficulty instead of Hell. Depending on the current Act and the monsters’ levels, specific Exceptional Socketed Items are more likely to spawn in certain areas than others. As monsters increase in level, they no longer drop Socketed Items, as the game considers these items to be lower in value than Superior Quality items.
