• These structures are all described in the User’s Guide for the amsmath Package which is part of the AMS-LaTeX distribution. • Additional examples are given in the Short Math Guide for LaTeX. • A “Sample Paper for the amsmath Package” (testmath.tex) in the AMS-LaTeX distribution contains numerous examples. Compare the output (a PDF file) with the TeX source for best understanding.
