Where can I find comic book writer/artist teams looking to get their work promoted?
One thing you could try is attending various comic book conventions, although I have no experience it seems like the type of place new artists would attend to network. Another option would be joining a social network run by artists, be honest about who you are and what you do and perhaps artists will approach you.
