Where can I find cheap riding boots and pants? Beginner learning English & the gear is expensive!?
Chick’s Saddlery is VERY cheap (Google them.) State Line Tack has good quality for less than Dover’s, but Dover does have good clearance sales on name brands (there is one going on now, check their site.) eBay is good if you know what you are looking for. Some tack shops have consignment tack and clothes…that’s where I got my breeches and chaps growing up.
