Where can i find cheap detailed post-ww2 model tanks like the german panzers and American Sherman tank?
New Millenium Toys has 1/144 scale tanks. You can get these at Walmart for $1.99. The Sherman and Priest are two American tanks that they have as well as a lot of German armor. I picked up several M-18? s for my N scale railroad. They also have WW 2 era fighter aircraft in 1/144 scale too. If you’re wargaming this would be a good size because it small and you can use n scale model railroad items for terrain. Big Lots sometimes carries military equipment that is about the same size these are about a buck each, there are 5 or so different pieces. There is an army 2.5 ton type truck that is decent with a little touch up paint. (Vietman era maybe) There is also a Marine Personnel Carrier that I think is currently used by them. They also have a tank of some sort , a 6 wheeled hummer , a half track and a six wheel missle launcher or something similar, I’ve seen pics of these, I think it might be Warsaw pact or European.
