The Minnesota Attorney General’s Office has a consumer pamphlet that covers both Probate and Planning at http://www.ag.state.mn.us/Consumer/Seniors/Probate/Default.asp. The Minnesota General Rules of Practice contain rules on probate, and are available online at http://www.mncourts.gov/default.aspx?page=511#generalRules. The probate rules are in Title V.
