You can get arsenic at any farmers co-op. It won’t be mixed as a pesticide because it is illegal to sell arsenic pesticides in the USA. You will have to mix it yourself. Be advised, arsenic is illegal because it enters the food chain and builds up in your body causing damage to nervous system, muscles and eyes. Why not just buy some Malathion and spray the crops with it. It will kill roaches as well as over 100 other crop destroying insects. It is not as dangerous to mammals as arsenic.
