Where can I find and download Spatial Data relating to Petroleum and Minerals?
SARIG is an online web application that enables users to search, view and download information relating to minerals and petroleum exploration in South Australia. Our Legend and Layer lists are now on screen rather than separate pop-up windows and the Layer list has a 2-level tree structure. We also have more layers – including petroleum data and the State’s 1:100K geology data. The Legend is now presented in the correct stratigraphic order. The Layer list is a ‘one stop shop’ for data: • Each layer name is a hyperlink to the metadata for that layer. • There is a ‘download’ icon alongside each downloadable layer. • The download icon will give you the chance to specify which projection and format you want and then download the relevant data files and metadata as a zip file for you.
