Where can i find a transfer of a firehouse to paint on the wall?
I would look in coloring books or other childrens books. I recently got an Artograph projector that is great for this kind of thing–you insert the picture into the machine and it projects it on to the wall. You can make it larger or smaller, too. Then you can just use a pencil and draw the main lines onto your wall. Fill them in with the right colors and you are all set! If you know how to shade and/or highlight it will make it a better painting, so you could check at your local craft store for some painting help. You don’t need to varnish over the painting. I’ve just searched a bit online, and there isn’t a lot out there as far as the firehouse. Generally the old ones are a brick building with big doors. Have you thought of other fire symbols, like the hat, boots, a firefighter, rain coat? It would be cool to paint the items hanging on the wall, looking like the firehouse inside!
