I heard there are companies that offer a whole set of 2nd hand machineries for sheet metal fabrication (from press brake / hyd. shear to welding equipment) but I just don’t know where to look. A friend of mine said that there were a Dutch guy in Singapore that do this business but he doesn’t remember the guy/company name. A link to a an online forums / mailing list for this kind of business activity is okay too.
