I checked a couple of auction sites for you to look for a history of any of the Andy dolls fitting your description, and unfortunately didn’t find them. I then found this collector chronology posted here – it indicates that there was no Andy mate for the late 80’s edition Christmas Ann. See: www.hatchresources.com/raggedy/Chronology.html The reference is somewhat dated in that the chronology stops in 1998 -and I can’t vouch for it’s accuracy either- but here’s what this collector had to say at the time: “Hasbro Toy Company, 1983-Present Hasbro bought Knickerbocker in 1983, and has made the following: * Two different 12″ Anns and Andys with slightly different noses. * One 18″ Ann (no Andy). * One 15” “Dress Me Raggedy Ann” (no Andy).
