You can get either a US or non-US version at cellhut.com. The prices are very good. The US version is $45 and the non-US version is $34. Both versions are unlocked. Make sure you get an international one that has English as a voice language option (they talk to you). The first ones I got only spoke Spanish, French, and Portugese. Great little phone. Only downside is the big characters make text messages difficult to read (only 13 or so characters display).
