you need to get a program called “Unlocker” download and install then locate the mcafee folder and right click on it and delete now there’s going to be files left because they’re being used by the system if unlocker didn’t open go back to the mcafee folder and right click on the file or files that were left behind and unlock them and then delete till they’re gone empty the recycle bin and restart
