http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/backwardcompatibilitygameslist.htm This has the list published by Microsoft, It appears they are no longer updating the emulation of older xbox games as that list although dated(November 2007) the last xbox game was released in august 2007(Madden ’08). So that list is more than new enough to include all released games that will get compatibility.
